Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ThaiRelax website and your booking of in-room therapeutic massage services in Phuket and Bangkok, Thailand. The service is operated by ThaiRelax Wellness Co., Ltd. ("ThaiRelax", "we", "us"). By requesting a booking through this website, WhatsApp, Telegram, LINE or by telephone, you agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of the service

ThaiRelax arranges visits by certified Thai massage therapists to your hotel room, villa, condominium or other private accommodation. We provide therapeutic massage only. We do not offer, arrange or tolerate adult, sensual or sexual services of any kind. Any request of that nature ends the session immediately, the full session price remains payable, and we reserve the right to refuse all future bookings.

Our therapists are massage practitioners, not medical professionals. Massage is a complementary wellness service and is not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment or advice.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to book a session. Sessions for guests under 18 may only be arranged by a parent or legal guardian, who must remain present throughout.
• You must have the right to receive visitors at the address you provide, and must comply with any policy your hotel or building has regarding outside service providers.
• You must be able to communicate the information we need to deliver the service safely, including relevant health conditions.

3. How a booking works

• You send a request through the website form or a messaging channel, giving your name, address or hotel and room number, preferred date and time, treatment and number of guests.
• A booking is not confirmed until we reply with the therapist's name, the arrival window and the final price. Submitting the form alone does not create a confirmed booking.
• Arrival times are estimates. We aim to arrive within 60 minutes of confirmation, but traffic, weather and distance can affect this. We will message you with updates if your therapist is delayed.
• Operating hours are daily from 9:00 AM to 12:00 AM (midnight), which is the latest session start time.

4. Prices and payment

• Prices shown on this website are per session in Thai Baht (฿) and include the therapist's travel within our standard coverage areas. Any US Dollar amounts shown are an approximate conversion for guidance only; billing is in Thai Baht.
• Locations outside our standard coverage areas may carry a travel surcharge. Any surcharge is disclosed before you confirm, never added afterwards.
• Payment is due after the session, in cash (Thai Baht) or by Thai bank transfer, including PromptPay. We do not take card payments in the room and we do not require a deposit or prepayment.
• The price quoted at confirmation is the price you pay. Tipping is entirely optional and never expected.
• Package and multi-session discounts apply as described on the website at the time of booking and cannot be combined unless we confirm otherwise in writing.

5. Your responsibilities

• Provide a clean, private space of roughly two square metres of clear floor, and access to a bathroom where the therapist can wash their hands.
• Be present at the confirmed address at the agreed time.
• Tell us in advance about pregnancy, recent surgery, injuries, skin conditions, allergies, cardiovascular conditions, or any other condition that could make massage unsuitable. If in doubt, consult your doctor before booking.
• Treat the therapist with respect at all times. Therapists may end a session immediately, without refund, if they feel unsafe, are subject to inappropriate conduct, or if a guest is heavily intoxicated.

6. Cancellations, changes and no-shows

• You may cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 60 minutes before the confirmed start time.
• Cancellations inside that hour, or a no-show where nobody is present when the therapist arrives, may be charged a travel contribution of 300 ฿.
• If we cancel a confirmed booking for any reason within our control, you owe nothing and we will offer the earliest alternative slot available.
• If your therapist arrives more than 20 minutes after the agreed time, the session is discounted by 20%.

7. Service quality

If you are not satisfied with a session, tell us within 24 hours. We will review what happened with the therapist and, where the complaint is justified, offer a partial or full credit, a replacement session, or a refund of amounts paid. We do not offer refunds for a session that was delivered as described simply because a guest changed their mind afterwards.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, ThaiRelax's total liability arising out of or in connection with a booking is limited to the amount paid for the session concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of enjoyment, missed travel connections or accommodation costs.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You accept massage at your own risk and confirm that you have disclosed any health condition that could make it unsuitable.

9. Intellectual property

All text, photography, layout and branding on this website belong to ThaiRelax or are used with permission. You may not reproduce, republish or use them commercially without our written consent.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you request a booking is the version that applies to it. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, and the courts of Thailand have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
